Delovoy Peterburg and Colliers International presented the rating of premium real estate developers of Saint Petersburg. LSR Group is N1 in the list by the total area of projects available for sale. 

The rating was published in Elite Estate magazine and includes the city’s most successful homebuilders. The market share of each player was calculated based on the total area of real estate projects available for sale excluding the business class projects with the share of unsold apartments of less than 10%, as they do not have any significant impact on the market. According to experts, there are a few companies in the list running more than one project.

LSR Group is at the top of the rating. The company offers apartments in the completed properties and in the projects under construction. The company’s most attractive developments are Russkiy Dom being constructed in the historical center of Saint Petersburg and VERONA located on Krestovsky Island. There are also apartments available for sale in one of the company’s key projects Smolny Park commissioned at the end of 2016. LSR Group is also implementing several business class real estate development projects, including Bohemia and NEO (Moskovsky District), Tri Vetra (Primorsky District) near the Gulf of Finland and Europa City (Petrogradsky District). This year LSR Group is starting construction of elite residential complexes on Petrovsky Island which is to become the key location for premium real estate in St. Petersburg.
