Vladimir Ryabikin, the General Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of the Rosseti), and chairpersons of the primary trade union organizations of the company branches have signed a collective agreement for 2018-2021.

When commenting upon signing of the Collective Agreement, the General Director of IDGC of Volga Vladimir Ryabikin noted that the employees have always been the core value of the company. – IDGC of Volga makes every effort to create optimum working conditions for the employees, their financial stability and social security, as in many respects it affects successful implementation of the company’s ambitious projects, – noted Vladimir Ryabikin. – IDGC of Volga is now facing large-scale tasks on power grids digitalization. Transfer to the “digit” implies the enhance efficiency of the power grids operation: production processes automation will exclude a number of operations and will raise labour efficiency.

When preparing the collective agreement, the main focus was placed on the issues of salary, employment and occupational health and safety. As before, IDGC of Volga intends to pursue a consistent policy aimed at increasing the social protection level of its employees. The company is successfully implementing a social package of allowances, benefits and compensations for the employees and is actively engaged in cultural mass work and health promotion.

According to Olga Voynova, the IDGC of Volga HR Director, signing of the new three-year collective agreement is a milestone event for the company. Being a key document of social partnership, the collective agreement regulates the issues of remuneration, employment relationships, working and rest time, working conditions and labor protection, as well as benefits and compensations, rights, duties and liability of the employer and the company employees.

The draft documents was assessed by the experts of the All-Russian Industrial Association of Electrical Power Employers. Association of Electrical Power Employers noted that the draft Collective Agreement presented for expert appraisal provides evidence of the high level of development of the social and employment relations within the company, and available established relations between the employer and the trade union.
