Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, and Pavel Livinkiy, Director General of Rocceti, launched the work of electric grid facilities in nine regions of the country

In the situation analytic center of the Rosseti headquarters, in the format of videoconferencing, ceremonial operational commissioning of the 110 kV substations took place in Krasnodar Krai, Altai Krai, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. 

In addition, in the format of videoconferencing, network control centers were opened in Bryansk Oblast, the Mari-El Republic and Belgorod, as well as customer service centers for consumers, were established in Krasnodar Krai, the Republic of Adygea and Astrakhan.

Alexander Uss, Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Evgeny Savchenko, Governor of Belgorod Oblast, Dmitry Artyukhov, Governor of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Natalya Komarova, Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Igor Babushkin, Governor of Astrakhan Oblast, took part in the launch of the facilities and addressed to the power engineers from the Rosseti situation analytic center with the opening speech. Members of governments, heads of city administrations and municipalities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation were in direct contact with Moscow via videoconferencing.

“Today, an important event for the industry takes place, because we are commissioning modern digital objects that are implemented in accordance with the digitalization program approved by the Board of Directors of Rosseti. New modern customer service and network control centers have been launched as well. I am pleased that the company is implementing a large-scale program aimed at increasing efficiency and creating opportunities for connecting consumers,” Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation said. He also congratulated all the workers who participated in the design and construction on a significant event and wished a Happy New Year.

Today, Rosseti is commissioning more than 240 MVA of new transformer capacities in total. This is equal to the consumption of an industrial city with a population of over 300,000 people. A powerful impulse is forming for the social and economic development of a number of subjects of our country. The new network control centers enable the company to bring energy supply management to a qualitatively new level for more than 2,2 million residents, and the modern comfortable customer services that are open today to the first visitors, will be able to serve more than 50,000 people a year and will offer new services,” Pavel Livinskiy, Head of Rosseti emphasized in his report.

New substations were built with the use of digital technologies. Automated control systems of technological processes equipped with systems of monitoring the technical conditions of equipment and devices make it possible to control the operation of substations online. Power facilities will provide a power supply of oil fields and adjacent infrastructure, social facilities will help to eliminate the power shortage, will provide an opportunity for technological connection of new consumers, and will also increase the reliability and high quality of power supply to the urban population.

Rosseti takes active and systematic actions to improve consumer services for various groups of customers. New comfortable centers for working with consumers will increase the number of direct contacts, including non-tariff services.
