Moscow, January 30, 2006. General Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom» Sergei Pridantsev has made a number of appointments to the key positions.

According to the decision of General Director, Alexander A. Lutsky was appointed Deputy General Director – Financial Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom», Sergei V. Nazarov was appointed Deputy General Director – Commercial Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom» and Alexander P. Gribov was appointed Deputy General Director of OJSC «CenterTelecom» on Information Technologies.

Lutsky Alexander Alexandrovichwas born on November 18, 1972 in Tikhvin, Leningrad region. In 1995 he graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Economy and Finance University with speciality «economist». In 1996 - 1997 he worked as financial analyst and then financial manager in OJSC «Telecominvest». In September 1997  Alexander Lutsky took the position of Financial Director of CJSC «Saint-Petersburg Payphones». In the middle of 2000 he started working for CJSC «Petersburg Transit Telecom» as Financial Director. In 2001 - 2006 he held the position of Chief Accountant of OJSC «Rostelecom».

Nazarov Sergei Victorovichwas born on November 23, 1971 in Penza. In 1995 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Then he graduated from the full-time post-graduate course of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics. He is PhD in Technical Sciences with speciality «Systems, networks and telecommunication equipment». Starting with 1994 he held a number of positions from engineer of sales technical support in the Moscow representative office of AT&T to Deputy Sales Director in the Moscow representative office of Lucent Technologies. In 2003 - 2006 he headed Customer Relations Department of OJSC «CenterTelecom». At the current moment he is studying at the State University – Higher School of Economics, speciality «Finance and credit».

Gribov Alexander Pavlovichwas born on October 19, 1972 in Bryansk. In 1997 he graduated from the Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy with speciality "armament of aircrafts", then in 2003 from the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the RF with speciality "state and municipal management". At the current moment he is a post-graduate student of the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the RF. In 1997 - 1999 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In 1999 - 2006 he worked in the Russian Federal Property Fund, where he held positions of leading specialist, senior specialist, consultant, Deputy Head Federal Property Department – Head of Division on Representation in the Joint-Stock Companies of the Russian Federal Property Fund.
