Moscow. 29 June 2006. On 1 July 2006, 13 new companies spun off according to the basic restructuring plan from OAO "Komienergo", OAO "Kubanenergo", OAO "Kuzbassenergo", and OAO "Kurganenergo" are expected to complete their official registration:
OAO "Komienergo":
- OAO "Komi Regional Generation Company"
- OAO "Komi Energy Retail Company"
- OAO "Trunk Electricity Grid of the Komi Republic"
OAO "Kubanenergo":
- OAO "Kuban Generation Company"
- OAO "Kuban Energy Retail Company"
OAO "Kuzbassenergo":
- OAO "Zapadno-Sibirskaya CHPP"
- OAO Yuzho-Kuzbasskaya TPP"
- OAO "Kuzbassenergo - Regional Electricity Grid Company"
- OAO "Kuzbass Energy Retail Company"
- OAO "Kuzbassenergo Trunk Electricity Grids"
OAO "Kurganenergo":
- OAO "Kurgan Generation Company"
- OAO "Kurgan Energy Retail Company"
- OAO "Kurgan Trunk Grid Company"
Thus, on 1 July, the unbundling process according to the basic restructuring scenario will be completed at 50 energy companies of RAO "UES of Russia".
As at 24 June 2006, the government authorities granted official registration to 238 new companies created as a result of restructuring of 56 regional energos: OAO "Arkhenergo", OAO "Astrakhanenergo", OAO "Belgorodenergo", OAO "Bryanskenergo", OAO "Buryatenergo", OAO "Vladimirenergo", OAO "Volgogradenergo", OAO "Vologdaenergo", OAO "Voronezhenergo", OAO "Dagenergo", OAO "Ivenergo", OAO "Kalugaenergo", OAO "Karelenergo", OAO "Kirovenergo", OAO "Kolenergo", OAO "Kostromaenergo", OAO "Krasnoyarskenergo", OAO "Kurskenergo", OAO "Lenenergo", OAO "Lipetskenergo", OAO "Marienergo", OAO "Mordovenergo", OAO "Mosenergo", OAO "Nizhnovenergo", OAO "Novgorodenergo", OAO "Omskenergo", OAO "Oryolenergo", OAO "Orenburgenergo", OAO "Penzaenergo", OAO "Permenergo", OAO "Rostovenergo", OAO "Ryazanenergo", OAO "Sverdlovenergo", OAO "Smolenskenergo", OAO "Stavropolenergo", OAO "Tambovenergo", OAO "Tverenergo", OAO "Tomskenergo", OAO "Tulenergo", OAO "Tyumenenergo", OAO "Udmurtenergo", OAO "Khakasenergo", OAO "Chelyabenergo", OAO "Chitaenergo", OAO "Chuvashenergo", OAO "Yarenergo", OAO "Kabbalkenergo", OAO "Kalmenergo", OAO "Kamchatskenergo", OAO "Karachaevo- Cherkesskenergo", OAO "Sevkavkazenergo", OAO "Pskovenergo", OAO "Samaraenergo", OAO "Saratovenergo", OAO "Ulyanovskenergo" and OAO "Yakutskenergo".
Of these, 51 regional energos have fully completed the functional unbundling process.
