Moscow. 30 June 2006. The Federal Service for Financial Markets on 29 June 2006 registered 16 additional issues of ordinary shares in OAO "TGC-2"*. The new shares were exchanged for shares in the companies merging with OAO "TGC-2": OAO "Arkhangelsk Generation Company", OAO "Kostroma Generation Company", OAO "Novgorod Generation Company", OAO "Tver Generation Company", OAO "Yaroslavl Energy Company", and OAO "Vologodskaya CHPP". According to the resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of TGC-2 shares were issued:

• 370,803,294,388 shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB3,708,032,943.88. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-10420-?-001D;
• 64,496,170,751 shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB644,961,707.51. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-10420-?-002D;
• 5,627,999,167 shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB56,279,991.67. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-10420-?;
• 124,149,799,811 shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB1,241,497,998.11. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-10420-?-003D;
• 35,094,449,431 shares, par value RUB0.01 per share, for a total value of RUB350,944,494.31. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-10420-?-004D;

At its previous meeting held 27 June 2006, the FSFM registered the prospectus of TGC-5** ordinary share issues dated 16 May 2005 and 28 March 2006.

At the same meeting, the FSFM registered the issue of ordinary shares and the placement report filed by OAO "Buryatia Trunk Electricity Grids" spun off from OAO "Buryatenergo". According to the resolution authorizing the share issue, the company placed 259,045,261 shares of RUB1.66 par value worth a total of RUB430,015,133.26.
