Jury Valentinovich has been working in the sector of telecommunications for more than 33 years, he has held executive positions in Rostov-based telecom concerns since 1996. During five years J.V.Metla was a director of the Rostov city telecom center, the branch of Open Joint -Stock Company "Rostovelectrosvyaz" (1996-2001). In 2001 he was appointed the deputy general director - commercial manager of Open Joint -Stock Company "Rostovelectrosvyaz". From 2002 to 2003 he was the deputy director of UTK branch "Rostovelectrosvyaz" because of the change of the Company's status. In January 2004 he was appointed the director of the Rostov technical telecom center of "UTK" PJSC branch "Rostovelectrosvyaz". He was awarded the government order "For merits before Motherland" of the 2^nd  degree.
