As a result of entering into force of the Federal Law No 5FZ of 28.02.2004 introducing amendments to the Federal Law No 208-FZ of 26.12.1995 “On Joint Stock Companies”, appropriate amendments were necessary to be brought to the charter and the regulations provisions of the general shareholders’ meeting and the board of directors of OAO AK Transneft.
The Board of directors approved the draft amendments to the above, deciding the submission of these for the general shareholders’ meeting approval.
