| In accordance with the new regulations coming into effect on January 1, 2006, DLD and ILD services will be provided by Rostelecom as well as by other telecom operators having a license for rendering such services. Bills will be issued for subscribers in their usual form. Information on charges for services rendered will be provided separately with respect to each telecom operator: "UTK" PJSC (local, intra-regional communication services, other services), Rostelecom or other telecom operators having a license for rendering long-distance services. At present "UTK" PJSC entered into contract with Rostelecom to act as its regional agent providing customer services to Rostelecom’s end users.
Telecom services rendered shall be paid for in any service center of "UTK" PJSC or in banks within the contracted timeframe. One can receive bills and familiarize himself with the Rules for the Provision of Local, Intra-regional, Domestic Long-Distance, and International Long-Distance Telephone Communication Services in UTK’s service centers.
