The first certificate proves the permission to construction works, reconstruction and the capital construction and the second one the permission to works directed to the preparation of the project documents of the capital construction objects.

IDGC of North-West got the certificate of the self-regulated organization Uncommercial Partnership “Energostroy” on permission to works directed to the construction, reconstruction and the capital construction. The permission allows implementation of 26 types of works which influence the safety of the capital construction objects during the implementation of capital construction, reconstruction and capital construction works. IDGC of North-West became the member of the Uncommercial Partnership “Energostriy” in November of 2009.

As well, IDGC of North-West got the certificate of the self- regulated organization Uncommercial Partnership “Energoproject” on permission to works on preparation of the project documentation of the capital construction objects. The permission allows carrying out 11 types of works on preparation of the project documents influencing the safety of the capital construction objects. IDGC of North-West has been the member of Uncommercial Partnership “Energoproject” since December 2009.

Note: In the present year, the new mechanism of control and supervision in the sphere of construction, projecting and the engineering researches entered into force in the Russian Federation. Since January 1, 2010 in accordance with the changes in the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation and the law “On self-regulated organizations” the licenses on the mentioned types of works acquired before November 2008 were terminated. Since that moment the carrying out of works in the sphere of construction, projecting and researches is carried out only if there is the correspondent license - the permission of the self regulated organization (SRO).
