On 23-29th May a group of ALROSA senior managers headed by the company’s President Vladimir Kalitin will travel to Japan as members of the official delegation of Sakha (Yakutia).
The Republic of Sakha will make a presentation at the Russian Embassy in Tokio on 26th May. An exhibition with a focus on the Republic’s economy and culture will be open there. The ALROSA stand featuring the company’s history, economic performance and development strategy will make an important part of the exposition.
President of Sakha V. Shtyrov, head of the delegation, and ALROSA’s Vladimir Kalitin will have talks with heads of Japan’s ministries and government offices, leading manufacturers and financial institutions, many of which have a long-lasting experience of co-operation with Russia and ALROSA.
In the framework of this visit meetings with representatives of the Tokyo Diamond Exchange, Japan’s Jewellery Manufacturers Association, members of Japan-Russia Committee for Economic Co-operation are also planned.
