Materials are grouped according to their assignment at “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC and cost types. Each group of materials is assigned, pursuant to the Company's accounting policy, with a balance account, class, kind, type of evaluation, price management, cost account at the place of cost's origin, purchase group code, category of material, purchase measuring unit, warehouse release unit, etc.

Accounts Department and purchase group adjusters jointly define settings of automatic wiring with regard to groups of materials for automatic tuning in swapping materials to R/3 for testing.

After a material directory is finalized, next will be to prepare instructions and catalogue to be entered into a system of work and services rendered to our Company and by our Company to other organizations. An application entity – work/services processing – is fully integrated into the management system for material flows.
