Perm. The debts of FSUE “S.M. Kirov Perm Plant” to TGC-9 are paid off.
On November 27th, 2006 “Perm powder plant” ( the former FSUE “S.M. Kirov Perm Plant”) transferred to the account of TGC-9 311,9 million RUR for repayment of debts of Kirov plant.
The debts of the plant were accumulated during the period of September 1996 to November 2004 on the contracts of heat supply that were signed with “Permenergo”. Since 1998 Permenergo several times tried to recover debts both by negotiations and trials. Later, after reorganization of Permenergo on April 1st, 2005 the debts of Kirov plant were given to Permskaya generating company (the successor of which is TGC-9) and partly to “Yaivinskaya HPP” (belongs to OGC-4).
According to the direction of the Government of RF from September 11th, 2006 the type of FSUE “S.M. Kirov Perm Plant” was changed to Federal State Enterprise “Perm powder plant”. In this document the Ministry of industrial energy was charged to take measures of paying off the account payable of the enterprise.
The setting of the question of paying off the debts of FSUE “S.M. Kirov Perm Plant” to TGC-9 went off with the participation and weighted position of the Administration of Perm Territory.
