Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman approved today Russia’s gas quotas for 2005.
The document signed stipulates further growth of the Gazprom Group’s natural gas production to amount to 547 bcm in 2005, 5 bcm up on this year’s target.
Gas deliveries to Russian consumers are expected to average 391 bcm (including supplies by independent gas producers and oil companies), over 5 bcm up on the 2004 target.
Under the gas supply scheme, gas shipments to the Ukraine will exceed the 2004 60-bcm target, amounting to 60.08 bcm. At the same time, Gazprom will provide the Ukrainian consumers with some 23 bcm of gas (against 28 bcm slated for 2004) as settlement for gas transit services.
Gas exports beyond the FSU will jump to 145 bcm, 5 bcm on the 2004 schedule.
Russian gas deliveries to Belarus are planned at 18.6 bcm to be fully provided by Gazprom.
