Meetings of the Gazprom Board of Directors have been held in absentia.

Mr. Yaroslav Golko, Head of the Gazprom Investment & Construction Department and Mr. Igor Fyodorov, General Director of Gazkomplektimpex were elected by the Board of Directors to a five-year term as Members of the Gazprom Management Committee.
