Today, Gazprom hosted a Meeting of the Companyís Central Natural Resources and Licensing Commission. The Meeting was conducted by Alexander Ananenkov, the Commission Head and Deputy Chairman of Gazpromís Management Committee.
The Meeting addressed issues related to the development of hydrocarbon resources concentrated in the Republic of Komi, Arkhangelsk region, Nenets Autonomous Region, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Republic of Adygea.
The Commission decided to provide (together with other companies involved in exploiting natural resources) a feasibility study for developing fields located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), taking into account advanced hydrocarbon production methods and in accordance with the RF Natural Resources Ministryís programs.
The Commission also adopted a decision to conduct feasibility studies to comprehensively develop fields of the RF northwestern regions, given the UGTS development plans and the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline construction.
In addition, the Meeting raised the issue to keep on developing and raise the production output of the Koshekhablskoye gas condensate field (Republic of Adygea).
The parties decided to go on developing the aforementioned field based on the technological decisions envisaged in the Program of Activities aimed to sustain and build up gas extraction at the Koshekhablskoye field, after coordinating the Program with the Government of the Republic of Adygea.
