Moscow. 17 January 2007. Effective tomorrow, ordinary shares of OAO "TGC-14" and OAO "Buryatenergosbyt" start trading on the Exchange Market and Classical Market of the RTS Stock Exchange. They have been included in the Part of the Schedule "Securities Admitted to Trading But Not Included in Quotation Lists". It is anticipated that both companies' shares will be admitted to trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange within the next few days.

In addition, today, shares of OAO "Southern Generation Company TGC-8 " were transferred from the List of non-listed securities to the Quotation List B of the MICEX Stock Exchange.
