Moscow. 25 November 2005. On 24 November 2005, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) registered share issues and share placement reports filed by the companies spun off from OAO "Kirovenergo" and OAO "Udmurtenergo".

The securities regulator registered the share issues and share placement reports of OAO "Kirov Electricity Trunk Grids" and OAO "Udmurtia Trunk Grids".

According to the Resolutions on share issuance and the placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:

1. OAO "Kirov Electricity Trunk Grids":

 - 2,148,390,472 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB0.12 per share, for a total value of RUB247,806,856.64. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55141-E;

 - 703,995,200 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.12 per share, for a total value of RUB84,479,424. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55141-E.

The state registration of OAO "Kirov Electricity Trunk Grids" took place on 1 September 2005.

2. OAO "Udmurtia Trunk Grids":

 - 167,566,476 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB2.08 per share, for a total value of RUB348,538,270.08. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55142-E;

 - 21,854,448 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB2.08 per share, for a total value of RUB45,457,251.84. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55142-E.

The state registration of OAO "Udmurtia Trunk Grids" took place on 1 September 2005.
