The parties exchanged opinions on financing Gazpromís projects in the CIS and EU countries.

Commerzbank is a member of a range of banking consortiums granting large loans for Gazpromís projects, including designing the MIDAL-STEGAL and Blue Stream gas pipelines.
At the start of 2004, Commerzbank served as co-arranger for a long-term loan granted to Gazprom.
