Per the past year results, Synthetic Rubber Plant of “ Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC produced 15% more NdBR than in 2006.

That became possible due to planned work on improving the process in line with the Program for that production facility expansion. The Plant, inter alia, implemented measures to stabilize operation of the degassing systems and rubber finishing lines, to upgrade a return solvent regeneration unit, conducted pilot tests to improve a treatment process for DIBAH, a catalytic complex component, in removing solid impurities and to upgrade a catalytic complex. Additional polymerization batteries were involved in the operation.
