The CenterTelecom Board of Director at its meeting on 31 March 2004 specified the date of convening the annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of Joint Stock Central Telecommunications Company, which is 11 June 2004, 11:00 a.m.
The venue of the Meeting is the Catherine Palace located at 2 Suvorov Square, Moscow.
The registration of participants in the annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will start at 09:00 a.m., 11 June 2004.
The shareholders’ register closing date shall be 23 April 2004.
The list of the persons eligible to particite in the annual General Meeting of Shareholders shall be drawn up as of 23 April 2004, 18:00 Moscow time.
