On 10 March 2004, within the framework of the JSC CenterTelecom Capitalization Increase Program, the Securities and Corporate Management Department specialists of the Company made a business trip to its Kaluga Affiliate. Representatives of investment companies, telecommunications analysts, and journalists took part in the visiting.
The trip was taken to have an insight into the practical activities of JSC CenterTelecom by the example of its Kaluga Affiliate, a strongest one in the Company. The visitors gave their special attention to the Affiliate's work both in terms of conventional and new telecom services for the corporate customer sector. At the meeting held, the guests discussed with the Kaluga telecom leadership the live issues relating to the Affiliate administrative guidance, quality management, and internal control systems. The discussants were introduced to the last year's financial indicators and comparative development dynamics of the Affiliate.
The Kaluga Affiliate visitation is the second trip undertaken in the context of the JSC CenterTelecom Capitalization Increase Program implementation.
