Khanty-Mansiysk. Following an open tender, UTair Aviation JSC has chosen the organizer of the issue of the company’s bonds, totaling RUR1bn (about $35.1m), with a circulation period of 24 months. The winner of the tender is Vneshtorgbank (The Foreign Trade Bank, Moscow).

Taking into account the quality of documents submitted for the tender, all participants that submitted their bids were allowed to participate in the tender. Therefore, the tender has been declared valid.

As reported earlier, bidders that meet the following criteria were allowed to participate in the tender: membership in the Stock Market Section of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange; a valid license for brokerage and dealing; the presence of a specialized department for organizing issues of securities within the bidder’s structure. The duration of previous experience on the market, reputation, the degree of financial stability in accordance with accounting records, reliability indicators in accordance with rating-lists of self-regulating organizations, relevant partnerships and associations, trading houses, exchanges, information and rating agencies, as well as objections (recommendations) by supervisory and self-regulating organizations (if any) and their contents in connection with their professional activity on the securities market were taken into account during the tender.
