On November, 1 was held the first working meeting of the Presidential authorized representative in the North-West Federal District Nikolai Vinnichenko and the General Director of JSC "IDGC North-West," Alexander Kuhmay.
On November, 1 was held the first working meeting of the Presidential authorized representative in the North-West Federal District Nikolai Vinnichenko and the General Director of JSC "IDGC North-West," Alexander Kuhmay.
During the meeting, Aleksandr Kuhmay informed Nikolai Vinnichenko about the company’s activity  in the North-West Federal District, about common problems that exist in the sphere of energy supply. Was discussed the issue of renovation of fixed assets of the IDGC North-West, the questions of tariff regulation, as well as preparations for the forthcoming winter.
The parties also discussed the problem of providing heat in the Republic of Karelia. November 3 ,Nikolai Vinnichenko is going to visit Karelia and there will hold  a meeting dedicated to the problems of the heating season 2011-2012.
