In the words of Ralph T. Morgan, Deputy General Director and Deputy Chairman of MMC Norilsk Nickel’s Management Board – “This decision reflects our corporate policy of rotating personnel between our main production centres on the Taimyr and Kola peninsulas. We believe the experience they have accumulated should be a major factor in achieving the aims of the company’s development strategy.”
