On November 16, 2007 the decision on inclusion of Volga TGC’s ordinary authorized shares in «B» quotation list of RTS stock exchange. W? hereby remind you that the company shares circulation at the Russian RTS and MICEX stock exchanges began on August 1, 2007 in the list of securities admitted to trading without listing procedure.
Inclusion of Volga TGC’s ordinary authorized shares into «B» quotation list of MICEX stock exchange is expected before the end of November 2007.

The authorized capital of Volga TGC consists of 26 116 076 165 ordinary shares of a nominal value of 1 ruble. 54,47% of Volga TGC shares belong to RAO «UES of Russia» and 45,53% to the minority shareholders. OJSC «Volga Territorial Generation Company» (TGC-7) was founded on August 1, 2005 within the frames of Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk and Orenburg power systems restructuring project. Basic activity of the company is production of thermal and electric power, electricity sales on wholesale market, heat supply to municipal and industrial consumers. In total Volga TGC (inclusive of 100% subsidiary – Orenburg TGC) incorporates 21 stations of total capacity of 6 879.7 MW for electric power and 30 687,2 Gcal for thermal power (together with TPPs and boiler houses of Orenburg TGC. Volga TGC is the second largest TGC in Russia in terms of installed capacity.
