TGC-9

November 15, 2007

The commissioning of the automated information-measuring system of the commercial accounting of power energy (AIMS CAPE) is coming to the end on the Perm power electric stations of the JSC ‘TGC-9’

15.11.07, city of Perm. The automated information-measuring system of the commercial accounting of power energy is planed to be put into operation in the TGC-9 branches in Perm region at the beginning of 2008.

The automated information-measuring system of the commercial accounting of power energy (AIMS CAPE) is intended for the on-line control and effective realization of commercial accounting of generation and demand of power energy. This system will allow the ‘on-line’ checking of the power generation, it distribution between consumers and will also raise the effectiveness of the ‘TGC-9’ work on the wholesale market of power energy. The AIMS CAPE’ creation and modernization are the mandatory requirements of the Non-profit Partnership (NP) ‘Trading Network Administrator’ (TNA) for the organization’s activity on the wholesale market of power energy.

At TGC-9 Perm power stations the AIMS CAPE was started to be applied in 2005. The particular works on the up-grating of the measuring complex started in December of 2006.

During the current year the re-equipment was executed on almost all of the electric power stations in Perm region: the accounting transformers with the increased grade of accuracy were installed during this period. The operational testing of the AIMS CAPE is carried out at the moment. Within it bounds the operation factors of the system are monitored, the system is being upgraded. The training for the staff is conducted. In the nearest future it is planned to finish the works on the inspection certification of the system, to register it in the NP TNA and to put it into commercial operation.
