Today the Gazprom Headquarters hosted a working meeting between Alexander Ananenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and Igor Yudin, Director General of Saturn – Gas Turbines.

The parties discussed the status of and the prospects for interaction between the companies. In particular, the meeting addressed the issues related to current supplies of gas pumping units and gas turbine engines to Gazprom’s facilities and the cooperation plans for 2010.

Background:

Saturn – Gas Turbines (a subsidiary of NPO Saturn) is an integrated supplier of highly-efficient ground-based power generation equipment to Gazprom, power producers and petroleum companies.

Gazprom purchases gas pumping units from all the major Russian manufacturers: NPO Iskra, Iskra-Turbogaz, Iskra-Avigaz, Kazanskoye MPO, Motorostroitel, REP Holding, Samara-Aviagaz, Saturn – Gas Turbines and Ufa-Aviagaz.
