Perm.November 9th, 2006. TGC-9 is ready for the reliable energy supply of consumers in autumn-winter period of 2006-2007.
On November 8th, 2006 the Head of Direction of organization of operational activity and fuel supply of Business-unit No.1 Andrey Krivoguzov gave to the general director of TGC-9 Andrey Makarov the Certificate of readiness of the company for work in autumn-winter period. During a month expert commissions, consisting of technical specialists of TGC-9, Rostechenergo, Ministry of emergency situations and civil defence, territorial divisions of Rostechnadzor examined the industrial directions and company branches on Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk region and Komi Republic.
For the successful going through the autumn-winter period TGC-9 has carried out the training of the staff, antiemergency and antifire trainings, formed the store of the reserve fuel, executed the planned repair of the principal and auxiliary equipment.
For the repairing campaign of 2006 TGC-9 gave 2,1 billion RUR, during this period they have repaired 57 units (turbines and boilers). TGC-9 replaced 35,7 km of heat networks, reconstructed 10,3 km of heat networks in single-pipe computation.
Stations of TGC-9 formed the necessary store of the reserve fuel. So, on November 7th the company stored up 631,9 thousand tons of coal at the task of RAO UES of Russia 565,5 thousand tons, the company stored up 155,6 thousand tons of black oil at the plan of 117,8 thousand tons.
According to the results of the complex examination TGC-9 confirmed the complete readiness of the equipment and the staff for the regular work in winter period.
