The satisfactory results of the certification audit have permitted the Central Certification Authority of “Interecoms” Voluntary Certification System to approve the issue of the certificates, thus confirming the claimed quality of the following four services of COMSTAR-UTS JSC: “Local Telephone Communication”, “Intercity and International Telephone Communication”, “Dedicated Internet Access” and “Wireless Internet Access (WiMAX)”.

The CSCA’s qualified independent evaluation of the quality of COMSTAR-UTS JSC’s services helps systemize and accumulate knowledge of service quality and improve the competency of the Company’s service personnel, and in doing so increase the brain capital of the enterprise and create long-term competitive advantages.

The Quality Certificates were presented to the COMSTAR-UTS’s Vice-President for Technology Alexander Kirillov at the 12-th Congress of Communication and Information Technologies Organizations “Bringing ICT Communication Services Quality to the Contemporary Information Society» held in Moscow.

The Communication Services Certification Authority (CSCA) is a certification organization within the System of voluntary certification of communication services, IT services and quality assurance systems at enterprises, “Interecoms”, listed in the Register of the GosStandard of Russia (¹ ÐÎÑÑ RU0001.04ßÅ00, 1996). The CSCA was founded by the Research Institute for Communication Economics and Informatics, “Interecoms” (www.interecoms.ru), a UN consulting company for industrial development (Certificate # 10712 of 12.07.2004), which has been operating in the certification field since 1996.
