Federal antimonopoly service of RF made a decision to grant a request of TGC-9 about the preliminary approval of reorganization in the form of affiliation of “Komi RGC” to “TGC-9”.
According to the Conclusion of FAS “TGC-9” has the right to affiliate “Komi RGC” on the assumption of observance of rules, given by the antimonopoly agency.
State registration of “Komi RGC” took place on July 1st, 2006. The company includes Vorkutinskaya HPP-1 and Vorkutinskaya HPP-2, Intinskaya HPP and Sosnogorskaya HPP, Ukhtinskie and Siktivkarskie heat networks.
The Board of directors of RAO “UES of Russia” on July 28th considered rational to finish the formation of principal structure of TGC-9 by force of reorganization in the form of affiliation to it of “Komi regional generating company” and on September 29th it approved operation factors of reorganization.
On November 15th the Stockholders meetings of TGC-9 and “Komi RGC” approved the Contract of affiliation of “Komi regional generating company” to TGC-9 and transmissive acts.
