The Federal Service for Financial Markets of the Russian Federation has registered two bonds issues (series 01 and 02) of RusHydro and respective prospectus. The number of bonds in each registered issue is 10 000 000  (ten million), with 10 year maturity,  par value of  each bond is 1 000 (one thousand roubles).  The state  registration numbers of the issues are respectively 4-01-55038-E and 4-02-55038-E.
