The Association of Managers and the Kommersant Publishing House have released the 27th annual top list of Russia’s best managers.

President of PJSC LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov is listed among the country’s business leaders.

Ivan Maslyaev, LUKOIL Vice President - Chief Legal Counsel, – as a legal director.

Anatoly Moskalenko, LUKOIL Vice President for Human Resources and Security, – as an HR director.

Evgeny Khavkin, LUKOIL Vice President – Chief of Staff, -- as a corporate governance director.

Gleb Ovsyannikov, Head of LUKOIL Public Relations, -- as a public and corporate relations director, and Yury Stankevich, Head of Relations with Federal Authorities and Public Organizations, -- as a government relations director.
