The meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC “MOESK” was held in the form of joint presence and absentee voting on 2 November 2010.
Twelve members of the Board of Directors took part in the meeting.
The Board of Directors approved the Report on the Results of Compliance with the Business Plan (Including the Investment Program) of JSC “MOESK” for the 1st half of the year and the 2nd quarter of the year 2010 based on the results of the discussion.
The Board of Directors of JSC “MOESK” also heard the information on the results of performance of the Annual Comprehensive Program of Competitive and Regulated Non-competitive Purchases of JSC “MOESK” for the 1st half of the year 2010. Public procedures prevailed among the regulated purchasing procedures held in the 1st half of the year 2010. They amounted to 75% of the total number of purchases, which equaled 78% of the total amount of purchases. The economic benefit based on the results of the held purchasing procedures equaled RUR 1,601,406 thousand, VAT included, or 15.9% of the total amount of purchases.
