The Customer Service Center (CSS) of Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), reviewed its performance for eight months of this year. During the above period, 4,837 customers contacted CSS to handle different issues.

Today, most of customer calls relate to technological connections to Penzaenergo's power grids (1,649 requests). During the reporting period, Penzaenergo signed 1,459 agreements (including previous requests) for technological connection for the total maximum capacity of about 35 MW. CSS also deals with the issues of power supplies to rural communities, execution and approval of documents and power metering (repair, installation, replacement and sealing of power meter, etc.). Issuance of documents relating to delineation of the balance inventory and operational responsibilities of the parties are among most urgent issues.
