Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (NYSE:MBT; MOEX: MTSS), the leading telecommunications provider in Russia and the CIS, announces that it has paid dividends based on the full-year 2016 financial results.

The total amount of dividends paid was RUB 21,273,819,668 Dividends were not paid to Sistema PJSFC in the amount of RUB 9,900,918,409 due to the suspension of its rights to receive income on the arrested securities of MTS PJSC based on the Enforcement Ordinance in relation to Sistema PJSFC dated from June 26, 2012.
