During three days, the BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International) inspector carried out random inspection of the MSIS&LP system functioning in four subdivisions of the Production and Technical Administrations.

In the course of the audit, the BVQI representative estimated all components of the management system in the field of industrial safety and labour protection. When carrying out the audit, special attention was paid to the system of accident elimination, the system of production control in the subdivisions as well as the system of risk assessment.

Estimating the functioning of the risk assessment system, the auditor has marked successful realization of the program directed upon risk reduction or, in other words, upon the  achievement of targets in the area of Industrial Safety and Labour Protection, which (the program) is developed at the enterprise yearly. In particular, we may mark, that during 9 months of the year of 2004 more than 266.2 mln. rubles were spent for the realization of this program (compare with 142.0 mln. rubles during 9 months of the year of 2003).

The results of the audit permitted to make the conclusion on the conformity of the management system to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:99.
