On 31 October 2007 the 10th Annual Federal Competition of Annual reports and Corporate Websites announced it results. According to them, OJSC North West Telecom won the awards in "The Best Annual Report in the Telecommunication Industry" nomination and received the diploma for "The Best Disclosure of Data for Investors on the Corporate Website."

The competition is staged by the journal of OJSC Stock Exchange "Russian Trading System" and the Security Market journal. The competition was entered by over 100 companies. The panel of judges included representatives of the leading professional and information parties of Russia's financial market, such as the Stock Exchange Russian Trading System, Association of Independent Directors, Russian National Association of Security Market Participants, Security Market Publishing House, Russian Institute of Independent Directors, Ministry for Finance, etc.
