In October 2003 Joint Stock Company Central Telegraph has received a certificate confirming that quality management system created by the company conform with the requirements of ISO9001-2001 applying to telecommunication services (Registration number ROSS RU.IS79.K00022. Registration date 30.09.2003. Valid till 30.09.2006).

International quality standards ISO-9000 series set strict requirements to various aspects of company activities; conformity with these requirements ensures high quality of products or services provided by the company.

Central Telegraph is one of a few Russian telecommunication operators whose quality measurement system is considered correspondent to modern international requirements. During last 5-6 years the company made considerable breakthrough to modern communication technologies. The company considerably renewed its production base, range of services and enterprise management system. Today Central Telegraph has an extensive fiber-optic network covering the city of Moscow and the nearest districts of the Moscow region, it has a network of 11 Ericsson AXE-10 digital switch exchanges and data transfer networks based on SDH and IP technologies.
