Experts of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), are completing repair works at Undory 35/10 kV substation.
To date, all 35 kV and 10 kV switches, 35 kV breakers and oil receivers of the transformers have been repaired. Specialists of the branch replaced 28 insulators, restored tightness of 10 kV complete outdoor switch gears, terminal boxes of secondary circuits intended for ensuring normal operation of the substation power equipment. Apart from this, the power engineers examined outdoor and indoor lighting of the substation, restored corrosion-resistant coating of equipment and metal structures, repaired fences, and renewed warning signs. Power transformers, 35 kV transformers underwent routine maintenance. Undory 35/10 kV substation supplies electricity to Volzhanka mineral water factory, residents of Undory village, health resorts of V. I. Lenin and Dubki, regional rehabilitation center, children's camps and recreations.
Timely and proper performance of all scheduled repair actions will contribute to improvement of reliability and efficiency of electrical equipment and, consequently, ensure stable power supply to consumers. Based on the results of the annual repair program implementation, Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids will receive the certificate of readiness for the autumn-winter period 2017/2018.
