OJSC North-West Telecom will take part in the forum exhibition "Infocommunications of Russia – 21st Century - Infocom-2006" and invites everybody to visit this large-scale event that will be held from 18th to 21st October 2006.

The Company will be represented at two sites at once: within the exhibits of the Szinvest holding at the Crocus Expo exhibition complex in Moscow and at the Exhibition Centre of the North-West of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg. In St. Petersburg, OJSC N.W.Telecom, as one of the leading telecommunication operators of Russia and the main supplier of telecommunication services in the North-West , is traditional ly both an exhibitor and a co-organizer of the exhibition .

On 18th October the opening ceremony of Infocom-2006 will be interactively broadcast in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Irkutsk at the same time from 11.00 to 13.00.   The following persons have been invited to the opening ceremony: D.A. Medvedev, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation , L.D. Reiman, Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation , M.V. Mishustin, Manager of the Federal Agency of the Real Estate Sites Cadastre of the Russian Federation . 

 D.A. Milovantsev, Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the RF, and V.A. Akulich, General Manager of OJSC N.W.Telecom will participate in the opening of the exhibition in St. Petersburg. Governor of St. Petersburg V.I. Matviyenko, RF President's Plenipotentiary in the Northwestern Federal District I.I. Klebanov and Governor of Leningrad Oblast V.P. Serdyukov have been invited to the opening of the exhibition.

North-West Telecom will present new up-to-date telecommunication services for the population and organizations at the Infocom-2006 exhibition.

For corporate clients , OJSC N.W.Telecom will arrange a presentation of a new trademark , AlliancePRO, which includes three package offers for clients having different telecommunication services requirement s : "Office", "Prestige" and " Corporation".
