On 14 July 2015, ALROSA’s Supervisory Board held its first meeting following the elections at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 June 2015.

After a vote, Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of the Russian Federation, was elected as the Chairman of ALROSA’s Supervisory Board.

Yegor Borisov, Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), was elected as the First Vice Chairman and Alexander Galushka, Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East, became the Vice Chairman.

The Board also elected members of its Committees.

The Strategic Planning Committee include: Peter Alekseyev, Sergey Barsukov, Yegor Borisov, Maria Gordon, Yevgenia Grigoryeva, Oleg Grinko, Galina Danchikova, Andrey Zharkov, Valentina Kondratyeva, Oleg Fedorov.

The Audit Committee members are: Peter Alekseyev, Sergey Barsukov, Maria Gordon, Valentin Nikiforov, Alexey Chekunkov.

The HR and Remunerations Committee include Yevgenia Grigoryeva, Oleg Grinko, Valentina Kondratyeva, Pavel Ulyanov, Oleg Fedorov.
