Following our earlier announcement about the reorganization of our existing distribution network, MMC Norilsk Nickel is pleased to announce that it has now completed the reorganization of its Global Distribution Network.

The final step in the restructuring of the Global Distribution Network is the formation of Norilsk Nickel Asia Ltd., a company registered in Hong Kong. Norilsk Nickel Asia Ltd. will act as the distributor of Norilsk Nickel products in the Far East and Asian markets.

Norilsk Nickel's Distribution Network also includes Norilsk Nickel Europe Ltd., a UK registered company for distribution of the Group's products in the European market, and Norilsk Nickel USA, a USA registered company for distribution of the Group's products in the American markets.

Norimet Ltd. will continue to operate as an investment holding company for some of Norilsk Nickel Group's strategic investments.
