Moscow, 13 October 2006. On 12 October 2006, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) registered the additional issue of ordinary shares of OAO "Kamchatka Southern Electricity Grids", spun off from OAO "Kamchatskenergo".

According to the resolution authorizing the share issue, the company is to place 100,000 ordinary shares, par value RUB1 per share, worth a total of RUB100,000. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-65139-D-001D.
