The agreement on mutual cooperation is signed by the governor of the Saratov region V. V. Radayev and the director general of IDGC of Volga, JSC V.A.Ryabikin. Among the key purposes of interaction is increase of investment appeal of the Saratov region, assistance to development of resource, material and financial base of the region, satisfaction of requirement of the regional market in necessary volumes of the transported electric power, support of the social and economic programs realized in the territory of area. IDGC of Volga, JSC is the leader in the market of services in electric power transportation on distributive networks of 7 regions of the Average Volga region and Orenburzhye. In 2012 electronetwork enterprise undertakes to master more than 2 million rubles of capital investments according to investment projects in the area territory. Being socially responsible company, IDGC of Volga, JSC will provide in the current year financing of nature protection actions of 4,5 billion rubles (107 % in comparison with 2011), actions for industrial safety and labor protection – of 68,3 million rubles (109% in comparison with 2011). In turn, the Government of the Saratov region will assist in preparation and attraction of qualified personnel for work in IDGC of Volga, JSC implementation of the projects directed on improvement of ecological situation, to carrying out actions in the labor protection sphere, to assist implementation of projects and actions in the field of energy saving and power efficiency increase. Interaction of the Government of the Saratov region and IDGC of Volga, JSC within the signed agreement is directed on stable social and economic development of the region.
