The size of the charter capital of OJSC Khantymansiiskokrtelecom remains unchanged at Rub 348,654,000. Its structure as of June 30, 2002 is as follows:

- Other Russian legal entities - 40.52%;
- Individual shareholders of OJSC Khantymansiiskokrtelecom - 12.19%;
- Other individuals shareholders - 8.63%.
The following changes were made to the company's charter capital during the first six months of 2002.
The total number of accounts in the company's shareholders roster was down 2% and showed a total of 2,198 accounts. The main decrease in the number of shareholders applies to Russian legal entities, which dropped by five. Moreover, the total number of the company's shareholders increased by 2.5%. The number of individual shareholders also decreased by 142 and stood at 2,131.
At the end of 1H 2002:
- 79.18% of the company's shareholder equity was owned by legal entities;
- 78.54% of the company's shareholder equity was owned by Russian legal entities;
- 0.64% of the company's shareholders were legal entities.
