Perm. December 22^nd, 2006. On the day of a professional holiday – the Day of a powerman Territorial Generating Company No.9 implemented the Code of corporate ethics.

The document is implemented with a view of increase of effectiveness of the activity of TGC-9 and also determination of corporate values of the company, ethical limits of behaviour of employees and consolidation of the organizational structure of the enterprise.

Among the underlying principles of the corporate ethics of TGC-9 is respect for personalities and rights of employees, absolute performance by the company of all undertaken duties, honesty and decency, correctness, professional skill and personal responsibility of employees, high discipline of labour.

Mission of TGC-9 is reliable, economically effective, environmentally secure generation of heat and electric energy for consumers. Among the chief productive tasks of the company is regular energy supply of consumers, successful competition at energy markets, modernization of present and creation of new generating powers.

Adoption of the Code of corporate ethics of TGC-9 is evidence of company tendency to the development of corporate culture and the highest standards of management.

OJSC “Territorial Generating Company No.9” was established during reforming of energy field and unites generating powers of three regions - Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and Komi Republic. The main kinds of activity of TGC-9 are production of heat and electric power, transfer and implementation of heat.
