22 December 2008, " Nizhnekamskneftekhim " INC paid returns of US $ 8.5 m to eurobond holders in full and in time .

The eurobonds of "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC, which inaugural issue took place at 2005 year-end, have been admitted to the official listing and are traded at the Irish Stock Exchange (Dublin). A eurobond issuer was a specially-established company NKNK FINANCE PLC ( Ireland ), issue sponsors – “MDM Bank” and IC “Troika Dialog”.

The eurobond issue amounted to US$ 200m, interest rate – 8.5% per annum for the entire maturity with returns to be paid every half year. The maturity of the eurobonds until finally repaid – 10 years.

The principal redemption will be equally shared as US$ 20m every half year along with the eurobond returns within the period of 22 June 2011-22 December 2015.

Apart from the eurobonds, "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC is currently circulating a forth issue of rouble bonds (amounting to RUR 1.5bn, redemption date – March 2012).

The Company in its activities never faced a default, was in time to pay a long coupon and a principal debt against all commitments.
