For higher efficiency of accounts receivable handling, N.W.Telecom has signed agency agreements with Sequester Management LLC * è Lindorff LLC collect overdue debts from individual users.

Individual subscribers that have debts to N.W.Telecom existing for over three months will be entered on a debtors list to be transmitted to the said collector companies.

From the day of signing of the agreements, Sequester Management LLC and Lindorff LLC will ring round the debtors on the list, send them claims requiring repayment of their debt, and pursue other activity within the framework of the agreements.

Sequester Management LLC and Lindorff LLC will deal with debtors of the St. Petersburg Branch of N.W.Telecom , and Sequester Management LLC alone, with debtors of other branches.

* Sequester Management LLC. The agency has been operating on the collector services market since 2006. It has vast experience in working for crediting entities, retail chains (direct sales), energy suppliers, and large telecommunication companies including those affiliated to the Sviazinvest JSC holding.

** Lindorff LLC. The company was founded in 2007. It is owned by the international investment fund Altor Equity Fund and the industrial company Investor AB. Its key customers are banks, insurance and telecommunication companies, consumer goods manufacturers, and oil and gas companies.

The collectors specialize in debt collection and in problem credit handling.
