Yury A. Udaltsov. Born 1961 in Moscow. Graduated Moscow Physics and Technology Institute in 1984. Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences. Before joining RAO UES, Mr. Udaltsov worked as Director of the Moscow Representative Office of OOO "Karana Corporation" and Director General of OOO "Karana". He has been working for RAO "UES of Russia" since January 2002 as Head of Corporate Strategy Department and Head of Energy Reform Department. In the new organizational structure of RAO "UES of Russia", he is going to be in charge of the Reform Management Center.

Vladimir E. Avetisyan. Born 1958 in Novokuibyshevsk, Kuibyshev Region. Graduated Kuibyshev Engineering and Construction Institute named after A.I. Mikoyan. Candidate of economic sciences. Previously, he was First Deputy Director General at Gazprom subsidiary "Samaratransgaz", Chairman of the Management Board at Volgopromgaz Business Cooperation Association in Samara, and Director General of OAO "Samaraenergo". From August 2001 to 26 March 2004, Mr. Avetisyan served as Director General of OAO "Middle Volga Interregional Management Energy Company", a wholly owned subsidiary of RAO "UES of Russia". In the new organizational structure, he will be responsible for Business Unit 3 (three thermal WGCs, 7-10 TGCs).

Aleksandr V. Chikunov. Born 1963 in Krasnoyarsk. Graduate of Economics Department of the Novosibirsk State University. Before joining RAO UES, he worked as Vice President of Siberian Stock Exchange in Novosibirsk, Chairman of the Management Board of OAO "Investment Company "Development. Investments. Finance", CEO of Investment Development Center, and First Deputy Director General of OOO "Siberian Technologies Management Company". Mr. Chikunov has been with RAO "UES of Russia" since June 2002, working as head of the Center for Implementation of Regional Energos Reform. In the new organizational structure of RAO "UES of Russia", he will be responsible for a project within the Reform Management Center.
